Roy Allen Ralston, 68, of Princeton, passed away Monday, June 20, 2022. He was born Jan 25, 1954 in Lawrenceville, IL where he lived until moving to Princeton 38 years ago. He was a truck driver for Walt’s Drive-A-Way Services. He enjoyed fishing, working in the yard and landscaping.
Roy is survived by his wife, Reina Ralston of Princeton; children, Raquel Miles of Princeton, Roy E. Ralston of Princeton and Charity Kays of Mt. Carmel; grandchildren, Alexandra Smith, Kourtney & Madisyn Miles, Silas Duckworth, Barron Ralston, Shyanne Rainey and Christopher Phillips; father, Harold Ralston; mother, Sylvia Salmon; sisters, Teresa Theriac of Bridgeport, IL and Rae Cutler of Gary; brothers, Donnie Ralston of Lawrenceville, IL and Rusty Banks of Gary.
He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Gladys Ralston who raised him and stepmother, Ruth Ralston.
A funeral service will be held at 11 am on Friday, June 24, 2022 at Colvin Funeral Home in Princeton officiated by Pastor Matt King. Burial will follow at Maple Hill Cemetery in Princeton. Visitation will be from 9 am until the hour of service on Friday at the funeral home.
