Sue Ellen Eubanks

Sue Ellen “Suby” Eubanks, 69, of Princeton, IN passed away surrounded by her loving family on May 21, 2026 at Deaconess Hospital in Evansville, IN. The family would like to thank all of the doctors, nurses, and techs that took care of her during this time.   

She was born to Stella Marie (DeVault) Holtsclaw Hall and Virl Holtsclaw of Princeton, IN on April 16, 1957.  

Above all Sue was a genuine people person who never met a stranger and had a heart of gold, often helping those she loved navigate life in any way she could. Sue graduated from Princeton Community High School in 1975. She was employed at Toyota Manufacturing Indiana as an Administrative Assistant for 28 years where she developed many lasting friendships that have helped carry her through. In her spare time, she enjoyed spending time with her family, friends, and her Bichon Frise, Bear. Sue is a past member of the Princeton Jaycees and current member of the Eagles 361, The Moose 354, Elks Lodge 634, American Legion, and VFW 2714.  

She is survived by her daughter Andrea (Kelly) Rodgers, grandson, Kyle Palmer; cousin, Robert DeVault; and many special friends.  

Sue was preceded in death by her parents and special friend Michael Ott.  

A funeral service will be held 2PM Tuesday, May 26, 2026 at Colvin Funeral Home with Pastor Brad Keenan officiating. Burial will follow at IOOF Cemetery in Princeton. Visitation will be held at the funeral home Tuesday from 11AM until service time.  

Memorial contributions may be made to Gibson County Animal Services; envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
