He was born January 22, 1948 in Francisco to the late George Tooley and Marjorie (Frederick) Tooley and lived in the Gibson County area his whole life. In his free time, he enjoyed gardening, fishing, cooking, collecting recipes, and taking care of his pets. He especially loved spending time with all of his family.

Tim is survived by his children, Shantel Wilkerson, Brandyn Negri (Mario), and Cortni Russell; grandchildren, Chelsea Benson (Cameron), Braelyn Cargal (Sam Porter), Colton Smith (Skylar Gasaway), Mallory Smith, Logan Dill (Megan), and Matthew Dill; great-grandchildren, Carli Benson, Chase Benson, and Lucas Dill; siblings, Tex Tooley, Denny Tooley (Tammy), Marilyn Tichenor, Wanda Silkey, Sue Trueblood, JoAnn Standiford (Quil), Joyce McCarty, and Loretta Litherland; a special nephew, Darrin Tichenor; and many other nieces and nephews.

Along with his parents, Tim is preceded in death by his nephew, Todd Tooley and brothers-in-law, Jim Tichenor, Craig Trueblood, Herschel Silkey, and Robert McCarty.
