Tina Marie (Merrifield) Bockhold

Tina Marie Bockhold, 51, of Princeton, passed away Sunday, January 19, 2020 at Deaconess Gateway Hospital in Newburgh. She was born April 27, 1968 in Garden Grove, CA to the late Bruce Wayne Merrifield and Brenda Mae (Meyer) Lofton. She had been a resident of Princeton since 2005, coming from Terre Haute. She was the office manager of Jackson-Hewitt Tax Service. She was a member of Tower Heights Church of God and Church on the Square in Princeton. Her grandbabies were her life.

She is survived by her husband, Mike of Princeton, to whom she was married, June 1, 1985; 3 children, Deanna Marie Fox (Benjamin), Stephen Wayne Bockhold (fiancée, Stephanie N. Fine) and Jason Edward Bockhold (Jessica) all of Princeton; step-father, Johnnie Mac Lofton of Phoenix, AZ; 7 siblings, Tammie Merrifield, William Lofton, Mark Lofton and Chris Lofton all of Phoenix, AZ, Brenda Lofton of Princeton, Tina Barrentine of AZ and James Armstrong of CA; 10 grandchildren, Caleb (C. J.) Merrifield, Trenton, Brookelyn and Noah Fox, Izabela, McKinzy, Conner and Gabriel Bockhold, Cheyenne Howard and Sydney Jewell; 1 great granddaughter, Lillian Rose Robbins; and also several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a grandson, Jeremiah Bockhold.

A memorial service will be held at 5 p.m. on Sunday, January 26th, 2020 at Tower Heights Church of God in Princeton. There will be no visitation.
