Obituary

Walter Carter Walden, 74, passed away on Saturday, April 11, 2020, at his home in Royston, GA.
He was born in Evansville, IN on December 12, 1945 to the late Andrew and Essie (Hardiman) Walden. He was a truck driver having worked for Rex Don Inc. and was of the Pentecostal faith.

Survivors include his son, James Walter Carter of Indiana; daughters, Charlene Carter Ray of Missouri, Sylvia Doerner of Indiana, Julia Lunn of Georgia, and Sysine Dale of Indiana; brother, Wayne Carter of Indiana; sixteen grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; life partner of 24 years, Debi Alumbaugh of Illinois; her son, Travis Alumbaugh; and his three children.

A memorial service will be announced at a later date. Colvin Funeral Home in Princeton has been entrusted with arrangements.
