Death is not natural so when one losses a loved one we ask, "Will they live again"? The Bible writer, Job asked the same question please read, Job 14:14-15. This scripture assures us that God is eager to resurrect your loved one who are now sleeping in the grave - Luke 7: 11-17. Notice another scripture, 1 Corinthians 15:26 shows that God views death is an enemy. My condolences to the family. May this be of comfort to you at this sad time, as you mourn the loss of Mr. Purkiser.

I was out of area during visitation . I allways admired Jack and viewed Jack as a genuine man and allways enjoyed Jack when He was around. I could count on seeing Jack smile and then to hear his witty humor. I will allways cherish the privelege to have known Jack through the years. May our Lord Bless Jack family.

Jackie, know that you and your family are in my thoughts. I only knew your Dad through his work, but I always enjoyed dealing with him. He seemed like a nice guy. He never failed to wave.

I enjoyed knowing and working from Houston with Jack for most of his career with Texas Eastern, TEPPCO and Enterprise. He was always helpful, patient and ready with a quick laugh and a good communicator. I remember many times he found ways to solve the many little and bigger issues that come up in the normal pipeline business. On my visits to Princeton, he took pride in "his" facility and was well respected by customers and employees alike. Jack was a good man and will be sincerely missed.

Teresa and family,
I am so very sorry for your loss; Jack was a remarkable man and certainly a unique individual who could make any one feel as though they were family. He would often share family stories and smile, especially when talking about his granddaughters. The Enterprise family is saddened by the loss of one of our own. I have worked with and known Jack for 30 years and will greatly miss him when traveling thru Princeton. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

I have had the pleasure of working with Jack for many years as our companies shared sites and we were once all part of the Texas Eastern family. Jack was a fair, honest, hardworking, dedicated employee. He was a man of his word and would help in any way. I share your grief as I will miss him
